What You'll Be Doing:

• Operating Plant Machinery: Manage various types of machinery in a manufacturing setting.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with a dedicated and supportive crew.
• Attention to Detail: Follow procedures meticulously with a keen eye for detail.
• Diverse Tasks: Engage in general manufacturing duties, including operating computer-controlled equipment, forklifts, and gantry cranes.

What We're Looking For:

• Forklift Experience and License: Essential for this role.
• Gantry Crane Experience: Prior experience is preferred.
• Manufacturing Background: Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage.
• Strong Communication Skills: Both verbal and written.
• Self-Motivation and Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a close-knit team.
• Mechanical Aptitude: A knack for understanding mechanical systems.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to lift up to 25kg.
• Pre-Employment Checks: Must pass drug tests and MOJ checks.
• Qualifications: Electrical and/or Engineering qualifications are highly advantageous.
