The Role

As a Senior Accountant, you will:

• Manage a portfolio of clients and deliver high-quality compliance work
• Review and mentor intermediate and junior accountants
• Provide insights and advice to help clients improve performance
• Work alongside Managers and Partners on project and advisory work
• Contribute to a culture of learning and continuous improvement

About You

You'll bring both technical capability and a growth mindset, along with:

• CA qualification (or near completion)
• 3+ years' BAS experience within a New Zealand public practice
• Strong grounding in financial statements, tax, and client service
• The confidence to manage client relationships and support a team
• Experience with Xero, MYOB, or similar accounting platforms
