We are seeking an experienced retail professional to lead and motivate our Auckland group of high achieving and motivated team members.
As a Boutique Manager, you will be joining us at a time of growth and development in New Zealand. This is a broad role that encompasses the performance of the boutique, brand representations, team support and coaching, customer service and inventory levels.

At The Hour Glass, we take immense pride in being the official retailer for a carefully curated selection of specialty houses, watch brands and artisans including Rolex, Patek Philippe, Bulgari, Cartier, Breitling, Hublot, TAG Heuer, Tudor and the likes.
We are one of the world's leading specialist watch retailers and currently operate over 60 boutiques across 8 countries in the Asia Pacific region. Our network of multi-brand as well as stand alone branded boutiques are strategically located in the key luxury retail corridors through Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, Thailand, Vietnam, Hong Kong as well as Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth and Auckland. 2025 has seen us grow to a total of 14 boutiques in Australia and New Zealand, with more expansion underway and planned for the future.

We are seeking an experienced retail professional to lead and motivate our Auckland group of high achieving and motivated team members.
As a Boutique Manager, you will be joining us at a time of growth and development in New Zealand. This is a broad role that encompasses the performance of the boutique, brand representations, team support and coaching, customer service and inventory levels.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- Proven management experience in a retail, hospitality or similar environment across people, account management, budgets and inventory.
- The ability to be "hands on" on a day-to-day level, leading and motivating team members by example.
- Positivity, flexibility, and the willingness to "go the extra mile" for your clients and team members.
- An enjoyment for working with prestigious, luxury products with a passion for engagement and clienteling.
- An interest in watches and the world of horology would be a bonus!
