Our Kiwi roots

At Postie, we’ve been proudly dressing New Zealanders for more than 100 years. With over 65 stores nationwide and a growing online presence, we’re all about helping Kiwis find their feel‑good, every day.
As we continue to support our people and strengthen our culture, we’re looking for a People & Culture Coordinator to join our Support Office team.

  • Maintain HR and payroll system data (PayGlobal) ensuring accuracy across employee status, reporting, and workforce insights.

  • Manage HR administration, including service awards, parental leave, visa and fixed‑term tracking, and employee file maintenance.

  • Support Health & Safety documentation and reporting, including incident logging and First Aid coordination.

  • Provide high‑quality support to managers and employees, ensuring timely, people‑focused communication.

  • Assist with P&C projects and continuous improvement initiatives that support our people and culture strategy.

  • Excellent communication skills and a professional, approachable style.

  • The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Discretion and sound judgement when handling confidential information.
