The Role
Reporting to the Director of Finance, the FP&A Manager will lead management reporting, financial planning and analysis for the US Commercial Operations business units, while overseeing the Management Accountant.
Key responsibilities include:
CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent) with 7+ years’ experience, you bring strong commercial acumen and expertise in reporting, forecasting and financial analysis. Advanced Excel skills are desirable, with Power BI experience advantageous. You are analytical, proactive and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

- Delivering monthly management reporting with clear KPI and performance insights
- Preparing weekly and monthly sales reporting and analysis
- Business case analysis for new products and markets
- Monitoring performance against budget and providing actionable recommendations
- Leading budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple departments
- Managing sales team OPEX reporting, distributor channel reporting, and rebate programmes
- Overseeing product pricing accuracy across distribution channels
- Partnering with sales, marketing, analytics and clinical teams to inform decision-making
- Driving continuous improvement across reporting and planning processes
