About the Role
This is a dynamic, client-facing position where you’ll manage the full customer journey — from initial conversations and sales through to implementation, onboarding, and long-term relationship management.
Your time will be roughly split across:
30% Sales & Account Management
60% Software Implementation
10% Client Support
You won’t just sell software - you’ll work alongside clients to understand how their business operates, configure solutions that meet their needs, and ensure they gain measurable value from our platform.
This is not a repetitive desk job. It’s a varied, fast-moving role where initiative is expected and ideas are welcomed.
What You’ll Be Doing
Sales & Business Development
Identify and qualify new leads through networking, referrals, and outreach
Demonstrate and present tailored software solutions
Negotiate and close sales aligned with company targets
Implementation & Onboarding
Plan and coordinate software implementation projects
Configure solutions to meet current and future business needs
Train users and guide them through adoption
Work closely with Customer Support to ensure smooth transitions
Document configured solutions clearly and accurately
Account Management
Act as the primary contact for assigned clients
Build long-term relationships focused on value and satisfaction
Conduct regular account reviews and identify growth opportunities

You may be a recent graduate with 1–2 years’ experience, or early in your career and ready to step into a role with real responsibility.
