Blind Manufacturer/Installer
You need to have the following attributes:
- Be good with measurements
- Be reliable
- Able to work on your own and in a team environment
- Keep to deadlines
- Work overtime when needed
- Be a fast learner
- Can do attitude
- Have a full drivers licence
Own vehicle to get to and from work
Being tall is a huge advantage
Be ok with heights
Good communication skills
Previous experience in a manufacturing factory environment would be an advantage. A good attitude helping where needed, putting effort & focus into a task is most important.
The role is expected to be a mixture of installation, service repairs & factory work including manufacturing. Full training will be provided however experience as a blind installer would be a huge advantage. Experience in building/handyman work also good. Must be good at & comfortable using power tools.
