About you

We’re looking for graduates who:

• Are in their final year of study or graduated within the past 24 months

• Majored in accounting and plan to become a Chartered Accountant (CA ANZ or CPA pathway)

• Have the right to work in New Zealand

• Ideally have part-time work experience, volunteer experience or involvement in extracurricular activities

• Bring initiative, adaptability and strong analytical skills. Graduates who can embrace technology, think critically and communicate effectively will thrive as accountants. 

Graduate intake details

• Dates:  These vary by region

• Roles available in: Auckland, Taranaki, Hawke’s Bay, Wellington and Christchurch

• Service lines: Audit, business advisory, tax or insolvency (depending on region)

Your application journey

Our processes and timelines may vary by region, but they typically have four stages:

1. Submit your online application (CV, cover letter, academic transcript and passport/visa copy)

2. Complete an online psychometric assessment (we’ll support you if needed)

3. Record a one-way video interview or a phone call

4. Attend an in-person interview and meet the team (or virtual if required)
