Tasks and duties

• Supervising and coordinating the activities of production staff to meet production targets.
• Ensuring the efficient use of resources, including materials, labour, and equipment.
• Maintaining a high standard of product quality through implementing and monitoring quality control measures.
• Identifying and resolving production problems to minimise delays.
• Training and motivating production workers and ensuring a safe working environment.
